A Sale for Medical Purposes - Without Possession licence allows Flora Initiative to register medical clients and conduct sales without possessing cannabis at its site. Orders are fulfilled and distributed directly to registered clients by appropriately licensed cannabis partners.

Cannabis is available only to registered medical clients with the required medical authorization.
Your medical authorization establishes the amount of cannabis authorized for your medical use. Additional requirements may apply depending on your registration, benefit coverage and applicable program rules.
Benefit claims
Within your coverage, Flora can submit benefit claims on your behalf.
Coverage and reimbursement depend on your authorization, the rules of the applicable benefit program and the benefit administrator’s adjudication.
Flora maintains the information and records required to support eligible claims and applicable compliance requirements.
