Clear terms for using Flora.

You must be legally eligible to use the applicable Flora service.

Cannabis purchases require registration as a medical client and the required medical authorization.

Keep the information associated with your account accurate and current, and keep your login credentials secure.

Your Flora account, medical registration and authorization are personal to you and must not be used to obtain services or place orders for another person.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, or if information relevant to your eligibility, authorization or benefits has changed.

You must provide accurate information when using Flora and must not use the service fraudulently or unlawfully.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Flora collects, uses, discloses, protects and retains personal information.

Where your consent is required for a particular collection, use or disclosure, we will obtain it as required rather than relying on these terms alone.

Clinical assessments and medical authorizations are the responsibility of the regulated healthcare professional providing your care.

Flora does not direct or guarantee a healthcare professional’s clinical decision, including whether an authorization will be issued, renewed or changed.

Access to medical cannabis through Flora requires the applicable medical authorization and client registration.

What you may order through Flora depends on your registration, authorization, applicable law and product availability.

Flora may be required to decline or limit a registration or order where regulatory requirements are not met.

Flora operates under a sale for medical purposes without possession model.

This means cannabis sold through Flora may be fulfilled and shipped to you by an appropriately licensed cannabis supplier and does not physically pass through Flora.

Cannabis orders can only be fulfilled in accordance with your registration, applicable authorization and regulatory requirements. Product availability may change.

With your authorization at registration, we bill your insurance company directly.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current benefit information.

Coverage is not guaranteed. Eligibility and reimbursement depend on your authorization, applicable program rules and the benefit administrator’s adjudication.

You are responsible for amounts that are not covered or reimbursed, where applicable.

Registered Flora clients receive Flora Membership.

Membership may include access to support, wellbeing offers and other benefits described in your account.

Membership benefits and any pricing or promotional offers are subject to applicable law and may change over time. Specific benefits may have additional terms.

Wellbeing and natural-health products are separate purchases for members.

They are never sold with a cannabis order and are never billed to your insurance company.

Some optional programs or services may have additional terms or consent requirements. These will be provided when they apply.

From time to time, members may also be invited to participate voluntarily in separately governed research opportunities.

Flora is not an emergency medical service.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care.

We may contact you about your account, registration, orders, benefits, security and other matters necessary to provide Flora services.

Optional or promotional communications will be handled separately where consent is required.

Educational and product information available through Flora is provided to support informed decisions but does not replace individualized advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Do not rely on general information on Flora for diagnosis, treatment or emergency medical care.

You may use Flora only for lawful, personal purposes.

You must not use another person’s account or authorization, submit false or fraudulent information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to Flora, interfere with the security or operation of the service, or use Flora in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Flora’s content, design, software and branding are owned by or licensed to High Hopes Research Society and may not be commercially reproduced or exploited without permission.

We may temporarily restrict or suspend access to some or all of Flora where reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, investigate suspected fraud or misuse, or comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and information about what is required to restore access.

We work to keep Flora accurate, secure and available, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors.

Product availability, prices, benefits and third-party services may change.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as Flora, applicable law or our services change.

The current version and its effective date will always be available here. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice where required or appropriate before the change takes effect.

These terms, together with any additional terms that apply to a specific service, form the agreement governing your use of Flora.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of British Columbia and Canada, subject to any mandatory laws that apply where you live.
